Food

Eating is a calming and sociable activity, and we work hard to create an enjoyable environment for our students. We always turn off the lights, play quiet music and encourage quiet talk so the focus is on eating. We remind the children that as gas is fuel to a car, so food is fuel to their bodies. Without fuel, neither the car, nor our bodies, can move forward.
